What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All orders are posted via Australia Post Express. WA and NT are posted via regular Australia Post Parcel Post. All orders require signature on delivery, no exceptions. This is to provide both you, and us, with added protection and insurance.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Express post will usually land in 1-3 days, however there can be some unforeseen delays out of our control. Parcel post deliveries take 7-10 days. If you need an order the next day, we cannot guarantee that. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive if you do need it urgently.
Can you provide me with dosing and administration guidelines?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Products are sold for research purposes only. Due to legislation we cannot provide any information regarding our products and their application to your research. Any emails asking for dosage guidelines will be ignored.

All peptides will require reconstitution with bacteriostatic water or acetic acid. If you need reconstitution materials, please add them to your cart before placing your order!
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We only accept payments via credit card. We do not offer PayPal, bank transfer or any other kind. Please do not email asking about other payment options.
Why has my card declined?
We do not have automatic payment processing facilities and instead do manual batch payment processing each weekday morning. Just because you have placed an order does not mean we have taken payment. Please ensure there are sufficient funds available until the next day so we can get your order out to you as fast as possible!

How do I place an Order?
Orders are to be placed through the website. We can do orders over email, however, you must have placed at least one order with us before we can do this for you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you may checkout as a guest if you would like. We do, however, recommend creating an account if you plan to be doing repeat orders. This way we can track your account and let you know when you qualify for a loyalty discount!

My order has been lost, now what?
Orders can get lost, we understand that. Any orders lost in transit will be replaced fully at no expense to you. Simply send us an email and we will look after you.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Any order changes must be in by 10am daily otherwise we cannot confirm that you can make changes. Please check your cart and shipping addresses carefully to avoid any problems.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email with tracking information. Put the tracking number into the Australia Post website to see its progress. Your order may be taken to your local post office for collection. It is your responsibility to go and collect it. Orders that are returned due to non-collection cannot be refunded or re-shipped.
How Can I Return a Product?
We do not accept returns in any circumstances as all sales are final.
I am unhappy with my product, can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds, all sales are final. We will happily replace any items that you believe are faulty, as well as exploring any other avenues to remedy this situation.
